A Message from the Principal Judge
The centrality of the High Court in the legal labyrinth of Kenya is emphasized by the role assigned to the High Court under Article 165 of the Constitution.
In order for the citizenry to fully enjoy their rights and privileges under the Constitution 2010 and in line with the institutional vision of Social Transformation through Access to Justice (STAJ), it is necessary that proper and adequate information about the High Court is availed.
